Is there a free trial of EYEGASMIC+?
Yes: 7 days free, once per person. Some features are limited during the trial, and you'll see exactly what's included before you start. We'll remind you at least 48 hours before it ends, and you can cancel online before then without being charged.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in Settings → Membership (or through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're a new EYEGASMIC+ subscriber, you can cancel within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund, wherever you live. Unstarted programs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If a trainer cancels or doesn't show, you get a full refund.
Do human trainer sessions cost extra?
Yes. Each trainer sets their own prices, shown before you book. You pay per session, package or program, whether you're a free member or on EYEGASMIC+.
What's the cancellation policy for sessions?
Each trainer's cancellation terms are shown on their profile and again before you pay. Most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session.
Will my progress disappear if I downgrade?
Never. Your Fitness Passport (history, loads and preferences) stays yours on every plan.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your Passport or delete your account and data from Settings → Privacy.
