The brand flirts.
The product delivers.
AXEL, NOVA and JAX are fictional AI coaching characters. Here, in plain language, is what they are, what they can do, what they won’t do, and how we keep them honest.
Under the hood
Personality on top.
Programming underneath.
- 01
Humans write the programs
Qualified trainers author and review every program, exercise substitution and progression rule before it ships.
- 02
The engine builds your session
Your time, place, equipment and history go into a rules-based training engine, which builds the session.
- 03
The coach explains and motivates
AI handles conversation: explaining, adjusting within the rules and keeping you moving, in character.
- 04
Your Passport remembers
What you actually did is logged. Coaches only reference records that exist.
Scope
What they will and won’t do.
They can
- Build and adapt sessions from approved programs
- Swap exercises for your equipment or stated limitations
- Explain technique and why a session is structured the way it is
- Track and celebrate progress you’ve actually logged
- Suggest a human trainer when you need one
They won’t
- Diagnose or treat injuries, illness or medical conditions
- Prescribe diets for medical conditions or eating disorders
- Claim to be human or hold professional credentials
- Invent workouts, records, results or reviews
- Push you through pain or pressure you with guilt
Safety mode
When it matters,
the flirting stops.
If you mention pain, dizziness, distress or a risky request, the coach immediately drops the persona, pauses the session and switches to clear, neutral language.
Stop the activity if you’re in pain. Consider appropriate professional guidance.
What every coach says. No jokes, no persona.
